Abington Baseball
The Abington High School baseball team will be playing at Roslyn Park, Friday, May 9 at 7:00 PM, on the Legion Field. Come on out and see the game!

Roslyn Park Clean-up Day
April 12, 2008 is Roslyn park Clean-up Day. Area Girl Scouts will be at the clubhouse to clean up the flower beds, plant trees, and clean the areas around the Sandy Run Creek. The Girl Scouts will be on-site at 9:00 AM. Anyone that is willing to help is invited to attend. Bring your gloves and help keep Roslyn Park beautiful.
Baseball Opening Day
April 12, 2008 is also Roslyn Baseball Opening Day. Game and picture schedules will be posted once they are available.
Roslyn Boys & Girls Club Presents Service Award
At it's monthly board meeting on Sunday, February 17, 2008 the Roslyn Boys & Girls
Club presented Elizabeth McDonald with a service award for her dedicaton in operating
the Snack Shack. Below, Soccer Commisioner Joe Haley presents Elizabeth with the award
on behalf of the Board.
Soccer Registration Dates Announced
Spring Registration dates for the fall Soccer Leage were announced at the Roslyn Boys & Girls Club
board meeting for both In-house and AC United soccer leagues. Registration will take
place on Saturdays, March 15, 22 & 29 at the Roslyn Boys & Girls Clubhouse from 11 AM to 1 PM
Additional information including the registration forms will be posted shortly.
12 Year Old Baseball Travel Team to Travel to Cooperstown
Coach Bill Degan will be taking the 12 year-old travel team to Cooperstown, NY - home of the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame - to participate in the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Invitational Tournament.
