Carnival at Crestmont Park May 5-9, 2015
Roslyn Boys & Girls Club will host a carnival at Crestmont Park (across from the Willow Grove Mall), May 5-9, 2015. Join us for thrill rides, food and live entertainment. (All proceeds benefit the Roslyn Boys & Girls Club.)
2015 Opening Day
Saturday April 18 is opening day for the 2015 baseball and softball seasons. I have posted a schedule for game times and pictures. See the links below. We will have a moon bounce, popcorn, cotton candy and other activities for the kids.
2015 Easter Egg Hunt
Roslyn Boys & Girls Club will hold it’s annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4 at 11:00 AM Sharp. The event will be held rain or shine. And the event is usually completed by 11:02 AM.
Weather Permitting, the Easter Egg Hunt will be held at Roslyn Park, Anzac & Osborne Avenues in Roslyn, in the area between the club-house and the American Legion baseball field. In the event of bad weather, the Easter Egg Hunt will be held inside of the clubhouse. There will be separate age grouped areas.
The Easter Bunny will be present and posing for pictures.
For safety considerations due to the number of small children and the driveway, we request that you do not park at the Clubhouse, but rather park in the Roslyn Park parking lot.
This is a free event for the community!
2015 Modells Sponsorship Coupon
Again Modells sporting goods is offering discount coupons to the Roslyn Boys & Girls Club. This coupon gives you 15% off of your purchases during the time period of 2/27 and 3/23. The club gets 5% of the purchases as a donation. So download the coupon (see link below) and take it to Modells when purchasing any equipment for this season. If you don’t have the coupon just mention the Roslyn Boys & Girls Club at checkout and they will give you the discount.
2015 Baseball and Softball
Just to let everyone know, registration is still open for all ages. We have just started going into the gyms and need to get everyone registered so we can finalize our teams. So please see the gym times and contact the baseball or softball commissioners for further information. Opening day is set for April 18, 2015. A schedule for the events of that day will be posted shortly. Pictures will be taken. Note that pictures are not included in the cost of registration.

Doors open at 6 PM for ice cream sundaes and cookies as we await the arrival of Santa Claus on Rudolf the Red Roslyn Fire Company Fire Truck.
Kids of all ages can get their last minute present request in and have their picture taken with Santa. Parents feel free to bring your cameras for pictures.
Bring your kids out to this completely free annual tradition.
2015 Softball and Baseball Registration
Before you know it the new year will be here. The 2015 softball/baseball registration form is posted. Go to the registration page to download a copy. In-person registration will be the last 3 Saturdays in January (17, 24 and 31) at the Roslyn Boys & Girls Clubhouse at 2818 Hammond Place from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Registration forms can be mailed to the address listed on the form at any time.
We will begin going into the gyms in January through March for instruction and workouts.
U10 Baseball Champions
Congratulations to the Roslyn 10 year baseball team for becoming champions of the Ardsley U9-10 baseball league. Great job by coach Rich Levin, his coaches and especially the kids for their hard work to achieve this goal!
